September/Back to School All About Me Book! Print this interview form and cut down the middle like a puzzle (cut each sheet differently.  Each student finds a match, then interviews and introduces their partner. Student interview/introduce	October Make a ship in a bottle for Columbus Day	November Create a display titled, "Turkey With Dressing."  Students brainstorm a list of careers, then dress a turkey up in the attire of a career of their choice.  Then students write a descriptive paragraph  describing the career.
June/End of the Year  Read "A Home For Hermit Crab" by Eric Carle and then:  print this page and have students write about moving on to the next grade.
